Enter your professional bio here : Patricia Bury Salier is a Brooklyn-raised, Los Angeles-based, writer and director. Her romance novels were published and distributed world-wide by Harlequin Books, Canada. Her short stories and articles were published in various men's and women's magazines. Her feature screenplay, ''Special Arrangements,'' won Best Script of Festival at the Gulf Coast Film Festival. She wrote and directed the documentary short, ''The Spirit of Lady Moody,'' winning the Platinum Remi Award at the Worldfest-Houston International Film Festival; Award of Excellence at the Docs Without Borders Film Festival; and Honorable Mention at the Nassau Film Festival. She wrote and co-directed the documentary short, ''Progress,'' which won the Award of Excellence at the Docs Without Borders Film Festival and was a Finalist at the Miami Short Film Festival. She wrote and directed the documentary short, ''Artist Unknown,'' which was selected by the Montecatini International Short Film Festival in Italy and for the Ojai Film Festival in Southern California, USA.
