Enter your professional bio here : As a science journalist and editor, I have written five books and hundreds of articles, essays, and book reviews on sleep, biological rhythms, and mental health for physicians, other health professionals, and the general public. My work has been published in JAMA Medical News & Perspectives and Psychiatric News, and a variety of national circulation magazines, newspapers, and websites.
