Enter your professional bio here : Kelly Boyer Sagert is a fulltime freelance writer in the Cleveland, Ohio area. She has written approximately three dozen books, either bylined or ghostwritten, along with numerous plays. She is the sole scriptwriter for the Emmy-nominated, award-winning history documentary Trail Magic: The Grandma Gatewood Story that appeared on PBS. She also wrote the script for Victoria Woodhull: Shattering Glass Ceilings, a documentary in the editing stages. She has written thousands of articles and blog posts (bylined and ghostwritten), serving as an organic SEO resource for companies, B2B and B2C, since 2006.

Writing Credits : Her first commissioned play, Freedom’s Light: A Stop Along the Underground Railroad, was performed in May 2009 and was nominated for Ohio’s Governor’s Award for the Arts.

Her second play, Emma Gatewood: Are You Out Of Your Bloomin’ Mind?!, was first performed in August 2013.
