Enter your professional bio here : Gabrielle Gayagoy Gonzalez (she/her/siya) writes about equity, leadership, and career success for women and professionals of color. Named to Diversity Woman Media's Power 100 List for her role in increasing diverse representation in the media, Gonzalez is a co-author of Racial Justice at Work: Practical Solutions for Systemic Change, which inspired both a companion podcast and the award-winning Racial Justice at Work Summit. She is a former editor at Shape magazine and The Inclusion Solution, and has written for Self, Seventeen, Weight Watchers, and Women's Health. As a recruiter and DEI specialist for Static Media, she increased the hiring of underrepresented writers and wrote the company's first guide to creating inclusive content. A speaker and moderator focused on issues related to inclusive communication and mitigating bias, Gonzalez has appeared at The Forum on Workplace Inclusion, the Racial Justice at Work Summit, New York University's Summer Publishing Institute, ASJA's conferences, and the Justice for All Summit. Gonzalez serves on ASJA's Executive Committee and Board of Directors, and also co-chairs the Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion Committee. She is the founding principal of 3G Collaborative LLC, a boutique DEAI consultancy specializing in events, books, podcasts, documentaries, and other media. Gonzalez earned an advanced diploma in managing workplace diversity and inclusion from New York University, a master of science in education from Hunter College, and a bachelor of arts in journalism from The Ohio State University. She lives in Manhattan with her husband, son, and two TV-loving cats. She remembers the Lenape.
