Enter your professional bio here : Arlene Weintraub is a writer with more than 25 years of experience as a journalist covering health, science, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. She was most recently an associate director and health writer for APCO Worldwide, where she provided writing and communications consulting to hospitals, biopharmaceutical companies, scientific equipment makers and health nonprofits. At APCO, she wrote white papers about healthcare innovation and health equity, executive speeches, talking points, corporate reports, sponsored content, blog posts, LinkedIn posts and op-eds. Articles she wrote on behalf of clients were published in a wide variety of consumer and trade outlets, including STAT, Modern Healthcare, PharmaTimes, Pharmaceutical Executive, Fierce Biotech, MedCityNews, Drug Discovery News and CIO Review. Prior to joining APCO, Weintraub worked as a freelance journalist for Forbes.com, the New York Times, US News & World Report, CURE, Fierce Markets, and other media outlets.
