Additional Info

Enter your professional bio here : Anna Katz is a ghostwriter and award-winning author. Books with her byline include The Art of Ramona Quimby (Chronicle, 2020), Easy Weekend Getaways from Seattle (W.W. Norton, 2019), and Swimming Holes of Washington (Mountaineers Books, 2018). She recently wrote a snarky stress management book for teenagers called Get Over It (Penguin Random House, 2025), which some guy on TikTok said changed his life! Along with individual authors, she has worked with Hachette, Welden Owen, Nat Geo Kids, Pokémon, and Girl Friday Productions. Anna earned a master's degree in existential phenomenological therapeutic psychology from Seattle University and spent a decade in the world of mental health before getting editing and writing certificates from the University of Washington. That background pairs perfectly with ghostwriting—both vocations are about helping people clarify their thinking and express themselves effectively. A member of the Authors Guild and the American Society of Journalists and Authors, she coaches tee ball and lives with her family in Seattle. Find her at helloannakatz.com.
