Instructions

ASJA's Associate and Professional applications are the same.

Complete this application if:

You are applying for associate or professional membership and have never been an ASJA member.
You are applying for professional membership and are currently an associate member.

If the application review committee determines that you qualify for associate membership, you will be granted associate membership and charged $159, plus the $25 application fee (waived during the new member drive).

If the application review committee determines that you qualify for professional membership, you will be granted professional membership and charged $179, plus the $25 application fee (waived during the new member drive).

Current Associate members approved for Professional membership will be charged the $20 additional cost.
